BRUZZZ is committed to helping keep children safe and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our service. These standards apply to all users and all content available through BRUZZZ, including profiles, posts, comments, photos, videos, reels, messages, pages, groups, events and any other user-generated content.

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

BRUZZZ strictly prohibits any content or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, solicits, or harms a child. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized content involving minors, attempts to obtain sexual content from minors, grooming behavior, sextortion, trafficking, exploitation, or any content that promotes, normalizes, links to, requests, sells, shares, or distributes CSAE or CSAM.

Prohibited conduct

• Uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting, or distributing CSAM or CSAE content.
• Sexual communication, grooming, solicitation, coercion, or extortion involving a minor.
• Creating or sharing sexualized images, videos, text, links, usernames, groups, pages, or messages involving minors.
• Using BRUZZZ to identify, contact, exploit, threaten, blackmail, or traffic minors.
• Encouraging others to engage in child exploitation or directing users to external CSAE/CSAM content.

User reporting and in-app safety tools

Users can report safety concerns inside the BRUZZZ app by using the report option available on supported content and accounts, including posts, profiles, pages, groups and events. Reports may include an optional description so users can explain child safety concerns or other violations.

Users may also contact our child safety point of contact directly at legal@bruzzz.online Please include enough information for review, such as the reported profile, post, page, group, message, URL, screenshot, or any other relevant detail. Do not send illegal content directly unless required by law or requested by a competent authority.

Review, removal and enforcement

When BRUZZZ becomes aware of potential CSAE or CSAM, we review the report and take appropriate action. Actions may include removing content, restricting access, preserving relevant information as legally permitted, suspending or terminating accounts, preventing re-upload where feasible, and cooperating with law enforcement or competent child safety authorities.

Reporting to authorities

BRUZZZ complies with applicable child safety laws and reports confirmed CSAM or other child exploitation concerns to the appropriate regional or national authorities where required. This may include reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other competent authorities depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of the report.

Moderation and prevention

BRUZZZ uses user reporting, administrative review tools, account enforcement, content removal procedures and policy-based moderation to help detect, review and address child safety risks. We continue to improve our safety processes as the platform grows.
