Welcome to BRUZZZ, a Brazilian social platform created to connect people, ideas, and talent in a free, creative, and safe environment.
By creating an account or using any BRUZZZ feature, you agree to these Terms of Use, which are designed to ensure respect, safety, and transparency for everyone.

1. Who We Are

BRUZZZ is a platform for social interaction and content monetization, where each user can share photos, videos, text, music, ideas, and creative expressions freely and responsibly.
Our purpose is to provide a space that values authenticity, creativity, and healthy digital interaction—always in accordance with Brazilian law and our community guidelines.

2. Who Can Use BRUZZZ

BRUZZZ is intended for people 18 years of age or older.
Use is personal and non-transferable.
Each user must keep their information accurate and up to date.
It is not permitted to create fake accounts, automated multiple accounts, or profiles using a third party’s identity.

3. How you can use the platform

When you join BRUZZZ, you become part of a global community where respect is essential.

You can:

Create and publish original content;

Interact with other users;

Follow profiles, comment, like, and share;

Monetize your posts and earn rewards;

Participate in community campaigns, challenges, and events.

But there are also important limits in place to protect everyone’s freedom.

4. What Is Prohibited on BRUZZZ

BRUZZZ is a space for self-expression—but within the bounds of the law and ethics.
It is not permitted to publish, promote, share, or encourage any content that involves:

Adult and Explicitly Sexual Content

Pornography, explicit nudity, masturbation, sexual intercourse, or erotic content intended for adult audiences;

Sexual exploitation, prostitution, grooming, child pornography, or any material involving minors under the age of 18 (a crime under Article 241 of the ECA).

Violence, Hate, and Intolerance

Glorification of crimes, terrorism, racism, misogyny, homophobia, xenophobia, or religious intolerance;

Violent content, torture, mutilation, death, blood, or cruelty toward people or animals;

Threats, harassment, hate speech, or encouragement of self-harm.

Drugs, Weapons, and Illegal Activities

Promoting, selling, or encouraging the use of illicit drugs (Law No. 11,343/2006);

Promoting or selling firearms, ammunition, or explosives;

Content that teaches criminal practices, weapon manufacturing, scams, hacking, or digital intrusions.

Cybercrimes and Privacy

Hacking into, breaching, or attempting to access third-party accounts;

Spreading viruses, phishing, spam, bots, or malicious automation;

Using BRUZZZ to collect personal data without consent;

Exposing private data, intimate photos, or third-party information (doxxing).

Harassment, Defamation, and Misinformation

Harassing, insulting, or stalking other users;

Publishing fake news, defamatory statements, or slander

Using the platform to deceive, manipulate, or commit fraud.

Profile content, pages, groups, articles

Create profiles for games, bets, cars, items, and products;

Only profiles belonging to real people will be accepted on the platform; profile verification may be required if necessary.

Posts about games, bets, cars, items, and products will only be accepted from profiles belonging to real people on pages, articles, videos, short videos, or specific groups designated for profiles belonging to real people.

Any violation of these rules may result in suspension, account termination, and reporting to the appropriate authorities, as provided for under Brazilian law.

5. Monetization and BRUZZZ Points

BRUZZZ believes that those who create value should be rewarded.
That’s why we offer a points and rewards system where users can earn rewards for their presence and activity on the platform.

You can earn BRUZZZ points by:

Creating original content (videos, photos, text, music, etc.);

Interacting with the community (likes, comments, shares);

Receiving support from followers;

Referring new members;

Participating in missions, events, and campaigns.

BRUZZZ points can be converted into real credits and withdrawn to bank accounts or digital wallets, in accordance with established financial rules and limits.
Fraudulent or automated activities, or those that violate the rules, will result in the forfeiture of earnings and permanent account suspension.

6. Content Rights

You remain the owner of the content you publish.
However, by posting on BRUZZZ, you authorize the platform to display, distribute, and promote that content within the app and in official campaigns (for example, to highlight posts in rankings or community showcases).

BRUZZZ will never sell your content or personal data to third parties.

7. Reports and Community Safety

Anyone can report content that violates the rules.
Our moderation team reviews all cases based on Brazilian law and community guidelines.
Illegal content will be removed, and serious cases will be reported to the authorities.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

BRUZZZ respects your privacy and complies with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
We collect only the information necessary for the platform’s operation and monetization.
You can review or delete your data at any time, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

violate our Terms or Brazilian laws;

publish prohibited content;

engage in fraud or misuse of the points system;

harm other users or the integrity of the platform.

Accounts terminated for serious violations lose all accumulated points and credits.

10. Limitation of Liability

BRUZZZ acts as an intermediary between creators and the public.
We are not liable for content published by third parties, nor for losses caused by misuse of the platform.
We are committed to providing a free, ethical, and safe digital environment.

11. Updates to the Terms

BRUZZZ may update these Terms as necessary.
Changes will be posted on the platform and will take effect 30 days after notification.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
